What's not to like?!?!?

These vitamins naturally significantly increase serotonin and dopamine levels! I did some research and found that without these additional ingredients, 5-HTP can increase serotonin levels but decrease dopamine. This complex amplifies both! And because it's natural, it's not overly amplified! This is probably the best way to get them naturally since our diet lacks the daily amount of food and stress is always high! UPDATE: still valid! I had to increase the dose from 2 times a day at noon and at bedtime to 1 time at noon and 2 times at bedtime. I've been taking it for almost a month now and I still don't know if I can do without it. It helps a lot. I walked over 6500 steps yesterday and I'm getting stronger. I have found ashwagandha to dilate blood vessels and help people with blood pressure issues but there is little to no concern and I am with my family and children much more often now. I can't say anything bad about this product. It literally changed my life. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, anxiety, high blood pressure and prescribed pain meds (which I stopped in May), anxiety pills, beta blockers and trazodone to help me sleep. I started taking it about a week ago and have NOT needed ANY of these prescriptions. It's completely life changing and it's awesome. I take one in the evening a few hours before bed and around 11am. I'm not sure if my dosage will change during the course. But I know I now have the sanity to understand! My mood improved for the better. I feel like I can feel and think more clearly again. I have more energy and a lot less pain and I can deal with it much better. I recommend this to anyone with any type of the above diagnosis.
