I bought because I had just bought a carbon frame bike and noticed that traditional bike mounts can damage the frame. It's that easy to use. Place the bike in the holders, pull the hook on the front wheel, buckle up at the back and you're done. No longer than 10 seconds. If you put a second bike in, they won't touch, so you don't have to worry about scratching your bike. When you're not transporting your bike(s), it folds easily and doesn't take up much space. I highly recommend this product.
