Bought a Radwagon 4 and wanted a grocery bag. After seeing outrageous prices and sketchy reviews of Rad Pannier bags, I decided to give them a try. Firstly, I like the desert tan color, very cool. For safety, they have reflective inserts on the back. Cool. They hold a decent amount of food. We just got back from the store to buy some groceries. 1 gallon milk jug, half gallon almond milk, 1 bottle of sparkling grape juice and a handful of bananas (I was told that was the correct term for a bunch of bananas, now you know). There was still plenty of room in the pockets and we only used the main compartments. The straps on these bags are pretty flimsy but not flimsy and I'm not worried about them breaking. Overall I think these bags make a huge difference and I am very happy with my purchase. Oh, and they come with a bright yellow rain cover, which I haven't used yet and probably never will (it doesn't rain in Utah and I don't plan on riding in the rain). The bag fits comfortably in one of the small pockets. I am very glad I bought this and not other overpriced bags.
