Okay I can tell you these little water shoes are really cute and everything you were looking for but you know why I didn't always read the size charts Reviews and I'll be really excited if they all get five stars but this time I took a size 13 1/2 to a size one. My son is a size 13 they fit him they look a bit small but he says they are cropped comfortably and whatever or whatever but hey you never know sometimes when kids like something to um to see if it fits. I think I'll go back and buy him a size 1-2. When shopping for shoes, I think you should go one size up. Overall I'm giving them five stars because they fit him, just look a little bit so I don't know how I think you said they were spot on on the foot but I think I should have gone higher
