I bought it before going abroad. I was going to grab a curling iron and a straightener but I found 2 in 1! It came a lot smaller than I expected, so saved space in my suitcase and was lighter than if I were to carry two separate straighteners (I'm the kind of person who always worries about going over the weight limit for your plane luggage). I also love the heat protection pouch it comes in and ended up packing extra hair products for my trip! Up to $30 is what you pay for. I have never curled my hair with a flat iron and still managed to curl my hair nicely without undoing the clip. I wouldn't use it every day, but I'll definitely take it with me on my next vacation!
