This item was almost perfect right out of the box. The only thing I did was add small rubber grips to the bottom that slide out because one side of my tub is almost flush with the wall so there isn't much room to sit. If I put it there when the tub is dry it stays in place, but when the tub or tray is wet it slides off every time. If there are more ledges around your tub, this is perfect. It's great for storing books or e-books (but make sure you don't have a slipping problem so your e-book doesn't go in the bath with you!), a glass of wine, a cell phone or whatever. It keeps everything close so you don't get in and out of the tub. I love it.
