These poles were so easy to install! I like the look of the mugs but they were more expensive in store! I was afraid I would get a cheap product but they are strong. As long as you drill holes accurately (I have a template), you can quickly install them to add the finishing touch to your kitchen or bathroom! At first I had problems with the screws, the short ones were too short and the long ones were too long. BUT this company sends long thumbscrews. We simply cut them with the inside of the pliers. It may have taken another two minutes. I LOVE how easy these screws are to trim and I am very happy with the end product!
