I bought it, received it on time and it looked good. Worked great the first two times I ripped a DVD (20 discs). THEN it started skipping certain drives. The original hard drive has failed. Then it won't burn 1%, which is enough to double 10 DVDs! I received technical assistance to help me open up the device and reinstall the power cord for the original drive. They said it was a general delivery problem. It never "clicked" so I have a feeling it could happen again at any time, but so far so good. I will update after a few more uses. If it keeps working, it's a great value.
