Works fine for me over HDMI on RP2 B and Windows 10 IoT Core

Works great on Windows 10 IoT on RP2 B with HDMI input. I haven't tried the 26-pin GPIO header yet. Just had to make a few minor changes to the config.txt. I also rotated the screen 90 degrees clockwise, no problem. Haven't tried to get the touch to work yet. Several lines of the default Win IoT splash screen are cropped, which is to be expected since this is a static layout - there is no scaling on this display. Mounting holes: 115x84mm. smaller than the width. Here are the 3 lines I added to config.txt along with some comments. It might be better to just start with that before connecting the display. If you have a problem, just uncomment these lines and reconnect your larger HDMI monitor that you started with.
