Much better than the Elite Strap!
Bought Quest 2 for my 7 year old son for Christmas. The head trap it comes with is a pain in the ass, especially when going from kid to adult. I wanted to buy the elite headband that Oculus makes, but the reviews aren't the best. I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. The rear handle is easily adjustable. It's much easier to switch when I want to play (I'm 31). It fits my son perfectly when the handle is tightened.
