WORKS PERFECTLY! for egg separator
I have never seen such an egg separator; however, it worked great. The egg white just slipped through leaving a perfect yolk. It was so easy to clean up afterwards I couldn't believe it. I haven't had a chance to use a pastry brush, it's the whisk that came with the kit but they look good. The price is right and it arrived on time. If you need an egg separator, buy this one.
