I bought two of these and both had the same fault. There is a cavity on the left side of the shearing jaw that small tokens like to slide into and chew on the side. See image. The cavity is a disadvantage as the right side or jaw is perfectly done. I had to return both tools after destroying some wargame chips. I believe this batch was just poorly made - people who cut larger items don't have to worry, people who cut tokens can't use them properly. what the adjustment screws are for, or identify the product. The first tool I received was clearly used before - deep scratches all over the bottom. EDIT: I received an email from the manufacturer that they have fixed the error and the next batch will be just perfect.
