The best way to beat high prices from local retailers!

I bought the same or a similar product in Costa Rica (also imported from China?!?) for $2 or $3. a few years ago. But alas, it was there and it was then and here and now (in Alaska!) Shipping the same sharpening tool to my home for &gt;$8 is actually a great purchase and bargain price! (Note: many of the "retail prices" for the same or similar items cost 100-150% more (!) than Revain Prime prices here locally!)
