Get cranberry apple. In my opinion, the smell and taste is like a cure for a disease, so don't expect a wonderfully fruity aroma. I don't like the taste, but I don't hate it either. I would only drink Vanilla/Chocolate Whey 1-2 times a week as it is so thick, lumpy and makes me bloated. If I feel thirsty, I prefer to drink a glass of water. The taste of cranberry and apple is not very good, but it motivates me to drink 1-2 times a day. Becomes very bubbly when shaken. You really need to let it sit for a few minutes for most of the bubbles to go away. You don't have to shake vigorously to mix completely. 0 lumps. No chalky, grainy feel. Low Viscosity. More like juice than a milkshake which I love.
