Review on ricago Contracts and Obligations Management System by Joseph Stone

I like that it has easy navigation for new users as well as advanced features to more experienced people who are familiar with other software systems such as ETRIC or TMS/PM5. The system does not have adequate export capabilities so if you need your data in another format than what's offered by this program - there aren't many options. Easy enough interface but sometimes can be frustrating when trying figure out how something works especially after being away awhile. We use Chicago Software products primarily because they offer great support services which include training sessions throughout our organization whenever we ask them!
