I tried everything. Among the expensive beard oils, Marlowe is the BEST. Non-greasy. A perfectly mild scent, an extra ounce for at least a few bucks less, it really has the essence of a much higher quality (if not better) beard oil like the LAB SERIES for men. A big plus - softens your beard, leaves the skin moisturized. In fact, I've tried everything. Some are decent. Some of it is a ridiculous joke, pure snake oil. This is the best. Total unpretentiousness. Pair with an acetate comb of choice, not a metal comb. wash it rarely; Apply Polished Gentleman Conditioner from time to time.
