It's not a gallon bottle but if you fill it up and drink it twice it's 128 ounces which equals a gallon. The straw is fully removable which is great because I usually fill them halfway and freeze them to stay cold the next day while I'm at work. Don't worry, they melt quickly! I love that you can lock the lid so it doesn't accidentally open in my backpack. I love that it has a strap handle that fits around my wrist meaning I don't have to lug around my water bottle, lunch box, purse, laptop bag. The motivational guide on the side helped me get used to drinking more water throughout the day. those side rail bottles and I'm a bit obsessed with them. I used to drink sugary drinks throughout the day and have an occasional bottle of water. After studying tips for losing weight, I realized that I should drink much more water than before. I started out using a 32 ounce bottle and quickly got tired of having to refill it after I started hitting my target. I switched to these big ones and now drink 128 ounces or more of water a day. Now I eat less because it makes me feel full and I snack less. It helped clear my complexion and along with running, helped me lose weight. Plus, I don't create more trash and pollution with single-use water bottles.
