Review on Jim Beam 12'' Pre Seasoned Heavy Duty Cast Iron Grilling Wok, Griddle, and Stir Fry Pan: Ultimate Cooking Companion by Larry Cothran

I'm from the south and found the creator, Jim Beam, amusing. I think they decided to create this wok to toast some whiskey with their whisky. This wok is an all-purpose pan, which is why I bought it. From seared shrimp to fajitas, it delivers a nice charred flavor and a great finish. I find many of these reviews stupid. It's a small wok, but not tiny. I have a family of three which is great but the real reason I bought it was because it's small enough to fit on a stove top and still has room to cook for three others if that ever happens is needed. It is non-stick but needs to be lubricated with oil to keep it from rusting. If you don't know anything about cast iron and how to care for it, watch YouTube and learn. Maybe you're not the one who owns it. I think a lot of these reviews were either written by a competitor or by overly picky people. It's just a frying pan. Good quality and nice frying pan. And it's inexpensive. Serious. The only beef you should have on this occasion should be in the pot!
