All around great! - Kitchen and Dining

For those wondering about the size of this BEAUTIFUL item I hope my 6 photos help. Just a simple wash and a simple touch up of my oven. Good to go! It's lighter, but that makes it easier to use. It sits right on top of the charcoal in my rotary grill, so I can cook slowly and at a low temperature. but you need a cover. but for less than 20€ I am very satisfied!

I'm from the south and found the creator, Jim Beam, amusing. I think they decided to create this wok to toast some whiskey with their whisky. This wok is an all-purpose pan, which is why I bought it. From seared shrimp to fajitas, it delivers a nice charred flavor and a great finish. I find many of these reviews stupid. It's a small wok, but not tiny. I have a family of three which is great but the real reason I bought it was because it's small enough to fit on a stove top and still has room to

  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Vulgarity

The 14" Lodge is great for a dinner for four, but a bit large for a small lunch. The 12" Jim Beam is perfect for a hearty dinner for two, it's like a mini Lodge. In fact they are folded and kept together as if they were made for each other. If you like using cast iron woks like me then you really need to have both. The Jim Beam that…

Great value for some compromises

I bought this for $25 but if you're lucky you can sometimes find it on sale for as little as $20. This cast iron wok has different culinary properties than carbon steel. Keeps warm longer, takes a little longer to reach temperature so you need to pay attention to the heat control that works for this tool. However, it's thinner cast iron, so it doesn't take as long to heat up as thicker cast iron, and it's more comfortable and lighter. Fair compromise. The properties of the wok are excellent…
