Defective product Best in Lighting & Ceiling Fans

I like the lamp but it doesn't work properly. After leaving it on for a few minutes, it started blinking uncontrollably through 3 levels of brightness. I sent the first one back and replaced it with the same model. The second model I received did the same. I don't know how it gets such good reviews in general. I think I only received 2 lamps that had this defect.
