This is a bad product. When I plugged it into a USB 3.0 port, the device didn't even show up. I tried plugging it into a USB 2.0 port and it worked, except for the unbearably low USB 2 resolution (the best resolution is 800x600). I tested my USB 3.0 port with another device - it still works fine. I'm not sure what the problem is with this unit but it doesn't work so I would recommend buying elsewhere. I am disappointed that such a poor quality product is being sold but thanks to Revain's excellent customer service I have no problem returning it. I would not recommend this product - save yourself the hassle and pay extra for a name brand device.
