I bought this bag to keep my hiking gear dry in the rain. I pulled out an 8 foot homemade wooden trailer that fitted perfectly and used the included cargo net to hold everything in place so nothing jumped out. Before the trip, my son drilled holes in the trailer boards and made elastic loops to hook the net hooks. The real test was when I rode through a downpour for a couple of hours.
