These are cute mini pot holders and I was looking forward to something that would take up less drawer space but the problem is they get hot. Mittens not only withstand heat, they also pass it on. If I want to hold onto the pan while removing the cookies from the mold, I only have about 10 seconds before I have to drop the mold. If I had a hot pot of pasta to pour boiling water out of, I wouldn't last long enough to empty the pot with these mittens on. Also, they don't open fully and aren't very flexible, making some pans difficult to grip. I'm a bit disappointed.
