I put in an ASRock H470M Pro4 motherboard (not to be confused with h410), and I grabbed an ALSEYE H120D cooler with the intention of upgrading both of these components in the near future. Slenka altered the timings of the RAM (which considerably compensates for the frequency limit) and overclocked the processor (!) because this motherboard has the proper software. This allowed Slenka to overcome the frequency limit. The best CPU available, and one that comes highly recommended given its cost. Pros: The best CPU for its price (up to 12022-13000), with a low TDP and a low price (and only going down! ), and the ability to just plug it in and forget about it. Con: Motherboards are pretty pricey, although you can get away with using the least expensive option if you have a socket 1200 computer. I bought it for 12200, then a week later it went for 11000: D.
