The downside was that it came defective. There are buttons on the wrists with a buckle and one of the buttons on one side was so deformed it wouldn't snap so it just hangs, my 4 year old son doesn't like that he wants them both buttoned up. He still wears it and says he loves it and that it's "comfortable". And for that reason alone I'm giving it a 4! In general the jacket is of excellent quality. My son is 4 and wears size 5 shirts and some boys wear size 6 so I bought a size 6 jacket and it is perfect. He doesn't sink into it and has room to grow 👍🏻 I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend going up a size if you want some room to grow, unless you like super tight stuff. Super nice fabric looks expensive at a good price.
