Despite quality construction and care in delivery, this product was too thick to fit easily between the Aeropress barrel and filter holder and required tremendous pressure to attach securely. We have applied for a return authorization and have been asked to pay postage in order to receive a refund. We will not order a replacement from them. Take advice from other companies like Piperlime and Nordstrom: If customers have legitimate returns, don't make them pay for the postage. and apologized and was accommodating by not only issuing a full refund, but making amends with additional credit and product. We attribute it to the growing pains, and it happens from time to time. Ultimately the situation was resolved to our satisfaction and we appreciate their proactive approach to good customer service. Edit September 30, 2014: The second launch was completed in mid-September and Greener Solutions sent us 2 new filters to test on our presses. I'm happy to report that their revised production appears to have successfully slimmed down the outer ring for a better fit. As a reminder, Greener Solutions fully refunded the original order that didn't fit AND the shipping credit and then shipped 2 new filters that fit and can be used after they fixed their manufacturing process. This is great service and follow up and we appreciate their dedication to developing a good product and helping their customers.
