I got this thing yesterday. I will return it as soon as I write this review.1. I can't change the volume. It's loud enough to be heard across the room. If you were sleeping right next to it you would find it noisy if you had exceptional hearing. I mean seriously. can't you turn it up louder I have good hearing. and I think it's not loud enough to wake anyone up.2. One of the USB ports did not work
