Seems to be working

I had some mild tennis elbow issues for more then two years and after using twist exerciser for tree month the pain has gone. No ouch moments when handling 1 gallon water jugs any more.That's said I was also doing (and will) hand stretches every day, taken Manganese supplements, extra Collagen and switched to gymnastic rings from pull up bar.If you have anything but mild issues I recommend getting the medium torque bar (green), start slowly and give yourself every other day off to recover. Search "Tyler Twist" exercise to do it properly.You can also use the bar as roller to warm up and align the tissues.
