Everything was fine until the keyboard USB stopped working
First, the price was great. I have a home server rack and wasn't willing to shell out over $1,000 for a high-end setup. Everything worked fine the first time it was set up. When you press a button for each connected device, a beep sounds as feedback. I was able to easily install it in my rack. Make sure you buy the right cables that support your monitor and keyboard in one cable. Now after a few months the keyboard connector is not working. I can hook up a keyboard to the front of any machine in the rack, but that defeats the purpose of a switch. Lower cost/higher risk. If the company reads this I want a replacement.
