When it arrived I was very excited at first. The suitcase wasn't heavy, it was light. The lid is also flimsy when rotated but stays in place. I have nothing against these things, but only for those who do, I tell you. Hooking it up was a bit easy, you have instructions but I was confused but I was able to hook it up in the end because I figured out how to do it in the end. The sound quality is amazing when watching Netflix or listening to music, and it's amazing during a call. However, the microphone is fine. I was on the phone using my phone's microphone, then I started using my headphones and the person on the other end of the phone said that the sound quality got worse when I started using the headphones. However, I don't think I bought these headphones to make phone calls, but to listen to music and have some privacy, and these headphones gave me that. The battery life is amazing, so is the noise cancellation. However, I cannot wear these headphones. It will probably be different for some, but if I lie on my side, it will dent. That's the only complication I've had. As for the other reviews complaining about the connection, they were probably broken, but luckily I was lucky to get a good one! I gave it five stars even though the sound quality on the other end was poor for calls, my main purpose was listening to music or videos.
