Jessicurl products are protein free. So if you need extra moisture or are struggling with excess protein, this is probably a good product for your hair. At first it seemed to help restore moisture and frizz to my hair, but after a while my hair's health started to deteriorate and it became dry again after a few months of using it as a weekly treatment. I followed the directions on T and didn't change my routine. The last few times I've used it I couldn't get it to flush for life. I've rinsed my hair 3 times and taken a bath and it's still stuck to my hair. This would probably be great if I had thick, coarse, super curly hair, but with my fine, wavy hair, it looks coarse and weighs it down. Weird because I didn't have this problem when I first started using it and I was even able to leave a little bit of it without that waxy residue. They really need to change their packaging too. The product is really thick and there is a very small hole in the tube to squeeze the product out of. It takes both hands to pull it out of the tube and you will never be able to use the whole product unless you cut open the tube.
