I bought these because I like walking barefoot but I also hate stepping on rocks etc. to kick and hurt my feet. I know they're supposed to be water shoes, but they're just great for everyday wear at home. Now I live in winter and usually my feet are very cold in winter. They do a surprisingly good job of keeping my feet at a comfortable temperature. I'll have to try them as water shoes when the weather warms up. The only thing I don't like is that the insole is not connected to the sole. shoes and moves a little when you put on or take off your shoes. I tried to pull it out but the shoes weren't that comfortable. So sometimes it's just a minor inconvenience. In general I am very satisfied.
