I like that it's very customizable in terms of what you can do with your reservations (and not just booking).

You have to be able to think outside box which is great because there are so many options available! The software does require some training but once its set up everything works well!! We use this as our reservation tool across all departments within TreMs - from front desk staff through out housekeeping/cleaning teams etc.. It has helped us streamline processes throughout every department at work allowing everyone more time doing their jobs rather than wasting precious minutes or hours inputting data into separate apps each day.
