A kind of faint feeling of cheap
First let me say it comes in three different pieces, the handle is so light it looks like it's been hollowed out and it feels too cheap to connect each piece to its interlochen world, feels cheap and doesn't fit snugly otherwise the pizza skin just seems thin when I put a plain 16 inch pizza, about 24 ounces. I don't feel sure it's not the type of pizza skin I used at the restaurant.
- Material: The pizza peel is made of high quality aluminum and durable natural beech wood handle. The aluminum blade is thinner than other peels. Before use, the aluminum metal pizza spatula is often dusted with flour, cornmeal or ground wheat bran, easy to slide and lift, easy to clean. It does not absorb harmful odors or food particles like wood products.
