Pillow keeps slipping off side of strap. He didn't want to stay in the middle of the belt. Then he landed on the edge of the pillow, rendering him ineffective. The shackle was too big and made of hard plastic, which caused me pain in the area of my shoulder where the cut was made. There has to be a better way to keep the pad in the right position to protect the wound. The pad also wants to move up or down on the belt. After I modified it with two paperclips it wants to stay where it is. Now I can finally drive with the shoulder belt properly fastened. Why can't manufacturers test their products under real conditions before selling them to the public?
