The actual string of lights is only 11.5ft long (important detail)
This states an overall length of 16.5ft but they basically include 5ft of power cord to the star. The actual string of lights is only 11.5 feet long, so pay attention to that detail (it's listed on the website but I missed it). 16' would fit in my house, 11.5 wouldn't so have to return it. I turned on the light in the house to make sure it was working and it seemed bright and cheerful but I can't tell if they can handle inclement weather etc (fairly cold and snowy winters where I live ).
