This is the second toy I have received. I reordered as the first one was damaged. However, the second is exactly the same. There is a sticky substance under the front of the car, the wheels are completely scratched on transparent plastic, small balls are visible on the back, and the red part of the car is also covered with scratches. They either distribute used/returned cars or the manufacturing process to make them, or they put the words "Baby" on the front of the car so it leaves the cars disassembled from the assembly line with this sticky residue. Yes the little yellow ball can come out if as an adult you really try to remove the cage but I don't see how my child could choke on it as some other reviewers have mentioned. I think it depends on your mouth size and age. . Externally certainly disappointed but I won't be back, I'll wash it and try it for the price.
