They increase the performance of Wyze Cams
These cables appear to be well made. I've used them under the eaves to power the Wyze Cams v3, but be aware that people have had trouble adding the Wyze Spotlight to the v3 cameras when using anything other than the included 5ft cables use. I don't have headlights so can't comment on that. They did a great job for me to get the cameras working where I need them.
