It's so easy to use! I love that my clients don't have any problems finding their deals at all. The interface is super simple and intuitive - not too many bells or whistles but just enough features in there if you need them. They are always doing something new with this software which gives me hope they keep it up-to-date regularly as well. Sometimes some of our competitors will update or add things while we're using theirs. That would be annoying because then when one client updates ours doesn't get updated until next month etc., etc.. But otherwise no complaints here!! We've been able to eliminate tons of manual processing by having everything done electronically through icn. With out old system, we used three people per week working 8 hours each day to process around 5k transactions daily from over 500 different stores weekly. Now, two clerks can do double what was needed before without ever getting burned out. The ability to track coupons and store them in one place is great! I have not found anything that I dislike about this program. It is easy to use and has many features. I can easily find coupons and print those that I want to use. I also love the fact that it is an online program so I can access it from anywhere. I do not have to worry about taking my computer with me when I go shopping.
