Doesn't fit properly

I've tried two, both didn't work properly. The bag said they were for the EU2000i which I have. Both fit so loosely that others have reported that they are useless and would cause a large oil leak at the attachment point if you try to add or remove oil. Either the company put threads of the same size in the EU2000i bag, or they are now being improperly manufactured. Some are reporting good results, so I'm guessing that was one of the things I mentioned above. I tried to contact the seller but couldn't figure out how so I asked a question but the seller never replied. Maybe yours works, but my original and replacement don't.
