Good chair, crappy instructions.
Got this as a Mothers Day present for my disabled mom. It was easy to put together but the instructions aren’t as "easy to understand” as they should be. Also, the power source didn’t work, but the company was kind enough to send a "plan b, troubleshooting” method.
- Color is off, but overall a good chair
- The heat function may not be strong enough for some users
