Fine to Coarse

I bought this grinder to replace a similar coffee grinder I bought a few years ago. It was a little more expensive, but I liked this design better and the product had better reviews. The first thing that caught my eye were the end caps. This was something I had an issue with when using my previous grinder - the caps kept falling off. I like the way they snap tightly (although I did get a bloody blister that caught some skin there). However, time will tell how they hold up. I've read some complaints about caps with rounded edges, but that doesn't really affect stability. Get up well. However, if one side is filled with salt and the other is empty, do not put the salt. That makes it difficult; If you have a problem with it falling, it's the physics, not the product. I keep my coffee grinder on the Lazy Susan for easy access to various spices and for it to stay upright when I turn it. The second thing I noticed was how finely it grinds my peppers and really releases those flavors. Yes I know I've spent a lot more time talking about caps but the product does what it's supposed to do. All in all a great product, better than many others.
