Not what I expected

Didn't realize the phone has to be plugged in from the front, thought it was Bluetooth but it's my fault. When I tried it I couldn't take it apart to put my phone in, even though I had the instructions and followed them. This was bought for a child who doesn't have a phone so will be sending it back.
