Review on New Star Foodservice 22513 Dredge by Stephanie Fields

Good little digger/shaker for training. My main complaint here is that, as others have said, there is no "not in use" hardcoat to prevent caking or moisture build-up. I also wish the lid with the smallest holes was even smaller. If someone tried to use this as a salt shaker, even with the lid with the tiniest of holes, the salt would basically slosh out. If you plan to use them with a product that contains small particles like salt, this is not what you need. Here it is neither pleasant nor dissatisfied. I can find a use for them.
