This yoga strap is quite wonderful. I love all the loops in this strap, making it easier to see exactly how far you are using this to stretch or get deeper into a yoga pose. The individual loops really help hold you in place versus a strap that does not have the loops feature. I use these straps during my personal yoga practice along with during teaching classes. The material is nice and soft on the skin but strong to hold your feet and hands in place. Overall, a really great strap for practicing yoga, and stretching!
