Then I need to retrieve my old weight to confirm the weight. It doesn't always happen, but it's enough to annoy me and it's not as reliable as I'd like. I saw that it has a 10 year guarantee, if it goes on I might consider replacing it and it might just be mine. I have always used this brand for my scales and this is the first time I have had problems. If I close with a guarantee I will update the experience and update a new one.
