Rigid but flexible enough to roll up and fits most cordless power tools. However, the polyester "fabric" that lines the interior of this bag is quite inferior. It falls apart with any tool movement or friction. I'm constantly picking up loose black clumps of this horrible stuff and it sometimes finds its way into the nooks and crannies of tools and supplies. They had to make the inner lining out of the same material as the outside of the bag. That's ridiculous.
