I was looking forward to this coffee maker. A push of a button grinds and brews coffee at just the right time? What's not to like! Then I unpacked it and realized it was a complex machine with too many moving parts and too many ways to get confused. I tried many different settings and different coffee blends but never got a good cup of coffee. It doesn't seem to grind enough coffee beans to make a good cup based on the number of cups you choose. Another annoyance is that even if you choose 2 or 4 cups, the machine will use all the water in the tank. pouring enough water quickly for just the required cups. Pros: It looks very nice on the counter. Cons: Weak coffee No grind settings Uses all the water in the tank even if you only choose 2 cups Thermograph is completely useless - doesn't heat for more than 2 hours Weak coffee - needed to be mentioned again.
