The main drawback is the noise (beeps the power supply) of the network adapter when the router is turned on. socket - a squeak is emitted in waves - then it fades, then it intensifies. If your router is in the bedroom, then falling asleep and waking up to a barely audible creepy squeak is rather uncomfortable. Moreover, the squeak is present on many samples of the TL-WR841N model and in different stores. The TL-WR940N 450M Wi-Fi router model also emits a squeak. It seemed that all the power supplies of TP-Link Wi-Fi routers were beeping. The Zyxel Keenetic Start II WiFi router also beeps, but quieter. Liked - Wi-Fi router ASUS RT-N300 - does not beep (silent - does not make sounds during operation)
