The customer support team is very responsive and willing to learn about our business needs. They have helped us implement new features and improve our existing system. Our main challenges are integrating with external applications like Salesforce and getting data from them into our Event Calendar. We have been working with Azavista for over 2 years now and they have never let us down. Their staff has always been helpful and willing to listen to our problems and suggestions and provide solutions. I recommend using Azavista because it offers many great features at an affordable price. It's easy to use and allows us to manage all of our events from one place. The software has helped us manage our events with ease! It's been great so far - we've received positive feedback from all parties involved (customers/clients). I don't see much room at this point though; it seems like there could be some additional features or functionality added as time goes by if they're interested enough. For now however its working well & does what needs done without too many issues being raised about how things work etc.
